Kimberly K. Schreiber is an attorney licensed in Tennessee and Indiana with almost 20 years of experience. Her practice is primarily mediation, family law and criminal law. She has taken the NHTSA DUI course for Standardized Field Sobriety Test (SFST) Trainers and enjoys teaching other attorneys about the NHTSA manual. Additionally, Attorney Schreiber is a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Listed Mediator and approved mediation trainer in Civil/General and Family Mediation. She is also Specially Trained in Domestic Violence Issues and Elder Mediation. She has had the privilege of training mediators all over the world for the past 7 years. She is also a FINRA Arbitrator.
Kimberly enjoys speaking about law, ethics, DUI and mediation through seminars, approved CLE courses, her weekly radio show, television appearances and international keynote speaking engagements. She is honored to be a part of a mediation collaborative book, which was released by the International Chamber of Commerce in February 2016.
Previously, she has worked as a Federal Bank Auditor, a diversion program coordinator, professor, and a general practice attorney in private practice.
