New Tennessee Laws for 2020 that YOU need to know!

There are several new laws going into effect as of January 1, 2020!

Our YouTube video covers SIX of the new Tennessee laws for 2020 that every Tennessee citizen should know. First, we discuss the new Process Service Law. Lastly, we review changes to handgun permits in Tennessee.

There are several other new laws that go into effect on January 1, 2020. Those include changes to school transportation, contractors and state employees. Also, there are changes to codes for electrical inspectors and a big consumer law change under the Right to Shop Act. Additionally, there are changes to Pensions and Retirement Benefits, new rules for horse drawn vehicles, and a brand new program that effects volunteer fire departments.
